Filling up the Online Admission Form Instructions.

1. For fill form, you must have Login Id and Password of Sem-I.
2. For Login by clicking on the “P. G. Sem-IV Login for fill Admission Form.
3. The entire online application process is divided into Three tabs (sections/pages) and the applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly.
4. There are only online payment option (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking).

Required Scanned Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).

1. Scanned Photograph, Dimensions 200 pixels width x 230 pixels height and size of the Photograph is not more than 50 KB.
2. Scanned Signature, Dimensions 140 pixels width x 60 pixels height and size of the Scanned Signature is not more than 30 KB.
3. Scanned Registration Card, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB
4. Scanned P.G. Sem-III Admit Card, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB
